Privacy notice.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This notice explains what JB Yacht Refinish Inc., a Florida corporation based in Hialeah, does with the details you send us through the quote form on jbyachtrefinish.com. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you type in the quote form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, boat type, length, the work you need, where the boat is and your message.
- Two technical details sent with the form: the language of the page you used and how long the form took to fill in, which helps us tell people from spam robots.
We also measure visits to this website with two tools:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and the pages viewed. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) tells us when someone visits the site, sends the quote form or taps to call or message us. We use it to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show them to people likely to need our work. It uses cookies, and Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. What you type in the form is not sent to Meta.
To limit ads based on your activity, change your ad preferences on Facebook or block third-party cookies in your browser.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request: to prepare your quote and to contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp. When you send the form you get an automatic email confirming we received it.
Where it is kept
- Your request is saved in our customer management system, HighLevel (LeadConnector), and we get a copy in our business email.
- The website runs on Cloudflare, which carries the form to that system.
- The form also opens WhatsApp with your message written. If you send it, WhatsApp handles that chat under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell the details you send us, and we do not share them with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your request and, if you hire us, to provide the service, plus any longer period the law requires us to keep records. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, write to info@jbyachtrefinish.com or call +1 (305) 301-6707.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
